amen..just to add.. the difference between 1600 CL9 and 2400 CL9.. is the same as the difference between casual gamers and GAMERS..

wrong, his benchmark is BS and the rams were 4gb only running a 3 way cfx...we were talking about single gpu benchmark and he couldn't find a single gpu benchmark on a 1333 mhz...those were minimum fps also..i had no idea why he posted those stupid benchmark charts..

uu 2 fps ra kay BS man imong benchmark...asa man ka mangitag 2 fps nga bioshock infinite 3-way cfx..murag nag stop dance si booker dewit ana... lols

    ^ bro potpolima,

ask lang ko ha. i can't keep it to my self... i'm wondering if you have an experience owning a multi-GPU rig. it seems na sa imohang mga tubag sa discussion, wala ka'y alamag sa multi-GPU configuration... sorry to be direct bro ha... mao man gud ni akoang na observed. shot the stars lang ta sa discussion. open lang tang tanan...

kani man gud multi GPU, kun bati ang driver or kun ma tuk-an ang CPU sa gi feed na data sa GPU (remember, GPUs are powerfull than CPUs in integer and floating point calculation), pwerte ka ubos sa minimum fps sa game... kaning minimum fps, importante ni sya kay kun ubos kaayo, like mo dip ug below 20 fps, unya ang running average nimo kay > 40 fps or even greater, kita gyud nimo ang lag sa game... mag lagot ka nganong mag kaging2x...

kanang 2 fps sa Bioshock na gi sulti nimo, mao na'y pinaka ubos na gi capture sa benchmark software like FRAPS... dili na nato makit-an in actual gaming... ang FRAPS ra ang maka kuha ana. also, inig padagan ug FRAPS, mo ubos ang fps pud... fact ni sya... another one is the driver itself gyud as i've mention... ug usa pud, ang mga platforms karon, even the LGA 2011 (the most powerful PC platform to date), dili maka support ug full power sa multi GPU configuration (depende pud sa multi-GPUs na gamiton)... naa'y certain limit na max na ilahang ma pa buga... imbis, daghan pa unta sa ma kaya sa GPUs but, the CPU and the platform itself had reached it limits...

now, let us go back to the Memory Speed Topic... the faster the memory, the better... pero, diminishing return sa atoang ma shell out na gasto after the DDR3 1600 MHz speed kay dili naman ta maka bantay sa fps difference... taas na kaayo nang mga fps na ihatag sa enthusiast level rig... given na ang mga mogamit ug faster speed mem modules (to date... current fast speed mem modules) kay mga enthusiast... why? kay mahal man kaayo ni sila basta ang current fast speed atoang gamiton... it is not reasonable ug paresan lang ug mediocre CPU... diri nako, naa'y mga available na DDR3 2800 Mhz and 3100 MHz... pwerteng sakita'g presyo... example lang ni ha...

again, let us all be open minded in every discussion... dili lang ta mag pagawas sa defensive mechanism nato ha... bato2x sa langit, tama-an huwag magalit... also, some peeps here have more than 2 decades in this PC DIY passion of ours... they know who they are... some of us know who they are and some of us don't... bisan pa taas ug experience, the learning process is there... dili na mo stop... the urge to learn something will be always there... and the urge to share that learning will be always there too... kani lang ang atoang i-apply... "Johari Window"... applicable ni sa tanan butang sa kinabuhi nato... dili lang diri sa atoang PC DIY passion... maong, more heads is better than one and let us all be open to every discussion for us to learn something...

Let us all go back to why we need faster ram in the first place.. taas nah if m.balik pah tah sa history sa speed vs latency nga discussion.. now try to remember why Ram was ever invented and put into PCs.. now try to imagine that when you say faster RAM is useless..dba stupid kaau paminawon? Faster RAM is always better.. chances are, nkaingon ka nga faster RAM has no effect kay naay lain nga bottleneck sa imong system in which paspas rah kaau ang imong ram and the problem is not in your ram but sa lain nga part sa imong system..

If you know how, you can calculate the speeds of each component sa imong motherboard.. I'm talking about min - avg - max throughput of each component together with the other components of your PC like HDDs GPUs CPUs.. you will see that the lowest throughput is not from the RAM... mao mkaingon ka nga useless ang faster RAM.. upgrade your components to the fastest they can be then keep your ram to 1600mhz.. recalculate your throughput with these settings.. mkakita ka nga ni.bottleneck ang imong RAM.. this is when you need the faster RAM and ang RAM ang bottleneck sa imong system..

@TS i7-3770 + 1866 ram is a good fit with a bit of elbow room for slight OC

anybody who listens to them are no different from noobs...
.hehehe.. i am one of them.. noobs..

    check this one...

^^No difference with that setup because the gpu is the bottleneck. To check any improvement between the components being tested, make sure no other component is bottlenecking the setup other than that particular component, or else the test is inconclusive. Those tests are obviously not for the advanced gamers to believe upon.

Ug moingon ka nga wala gyud kalainan sa lain2x nga memory, the statement is general and covers whatever imaginable setup, but as far as the hardcore review sites are concerned, NO DIFFERENCE is far from being true.

they tested it on single gpu with 8 gb of 1333 ram while your benchmark was on 3-way cfx 4 gb ram which is stupid.
