me! me! haha! great cardio. 1k 100x 10 sets(roughly in 10-15 mins), just resting a few seconds for every new set. if feeling great. i'll go 2k(around 30 mins)
mix it up with different routines(this is just for cardio). either
100x + 5x pushup burpees x 10 sets (roughly 45 minutes)
100x + 10x pushup ,different styles for each x 10 sets (more than 45 minutes - this really is exhausting)
100x + 2x up and down the 75 steps stairs x 10 sets - continuous,non stop ( more than an hour)
100x + 1x run up the 75 steps stairs,2 steps at a time x 5 sets (less than 10 mins but the most cardio in the least time) - if magdali na kay gabii na..lolz!
used to do this everyday or 6x a week. then for sometime(months). it takes a toll on your health, over fatigue. went down to 3x a week nalng to give time for my body to recover and rest.
i have alot of jumping rope to try with. but what i like the most was that of toby's biggest loser blue jumping rope. kato 300+, the nylon rope is perfect for speed,the weight is just right. i've tried others. they lag alot. kusog kaayo ang air drag. just love the swishing sound of the jumping rope at fast rate..
not all jumping ropes are built for speed.. . . .

grabe killer man kaau ni nga workout bro.. d man gani nako kaya mag 5 minuts nga burpess with 30 seconds rest every 10 reps. dmada oi.hahahha, hurot hangin. ok ra ang skipping rope pero d mada ang burpees

ok ra nako ang 150 pang starting gyd... kng abtik nako mo upgrade ko atong tag 600.
unsa diay disadvantage sa tag 150? bati syag rope?
