If you want convenience at a cost, then mas OK kung magrent mo van. Sa akong experience ok rman mag Victory Liner from pasay to baguio. Remember it is an 8-hour journey on regular traffic, sa bus maka change position ka whereas sa van imagine mura kag sardinas lisod lihok. They also have the premium coach nga naay toilet on board and large seats, if could remember in 2011 the fare was around 700 pesos.

    Goodluck on your vacation..

Bus. Very easy and it's convenient than you might think. As many have said here, there is a deluxe trip with CR and very large reclining seats. Lot's of trip you can choose day and night.

For the super tihik, just take the 12 midnight trip, early morning you will be in Bagiuo then take the midnight trip back. You can sleep in the bus. This way you save your accommodation.

Share ko lang experience nako og tips.

The shortest way to get to Baguio from Cebu is to take a plane from Cebu to Clark. Once at Clark, there is an airconditioned jeepney to take you to DAU terminal (fee is Php50.00). Once at DAU Terminal, you may take the Victory bus to Baguio or any bus (fare 300+), daghan byahe. You may refuel your stomack also at Jollibee Dau. Bus ride is about 6 hours, duol nalang compared from Manila.

One more tip, please have your hotel reservations ready. This is a lesson learned.

@zvike005 it would've been nice if wala pa mi naka book og tickets... and cheaper ang air fare padung Manila kaysa sa Clark... :/ i don't mind long rides kay kasuway na ko Davao to our remote town in Surigao del sur, 7am to 4pm intawn ang biyahe. O.o so long rides is not a bad factor for us. anad2 na mi anang layo og byahe. hehehe
