wow and i thought i was the only one. our tv reception went berserk again. all channels are in static. this is, as far as i could remember the second time this has happened. and service is still bad. i called up this morning for my complaint, a newbie took the call, she kept on asking what to say, finally i got fed up and i asked for "god." that was around 930 am.

i then again called just a while ago at around 6 pm, still with the annoying voice mail answering. i called at least a dozen times and finally somebody answered. asked her why no serviceman came yet, though i knew at the back of my mind, it'll still take a day at least. THEIR OFFICE IS IN AS FORTUNA and I LIVE JUST VERY NEAR and told her how unreasonable and how impractical it is to still take one day for someone to come along. well isn't it just stupid? forgive me but i think it is. they should hire more servicemen, and be adequate with their services especially with the technical department. as i've mentioned i've experienced this already, and someone came, the next day still, and it was just a snap, it was fixed. now how long could have it taken if they just came today.

i'm ranting i know, but it's just because it's pissing me off.
