mao pd ni akong plan gi subscribe sa pldt mag 2 years ago na and still ongoing. originally 1mbps ra ni but back in september this year kbayntay ko bisag adlawan dako paspas gihapon kaau ang net. when i called pldt cust service just to ask (out of curiousity) on the speed increase basin unyag naay hidden charges, they said nga out of loyalty daw na kay walay palta among pag bayad which i think is sugarcoat lang kay naa may usahay mag bitay among bill sa ika 3 nga buwan. i called again right after my first contact and the 2nd rep told me nga upgraded daw tanan 1mbps to 3 mbps without any incurring additional charges.
before pko na regular sa akng work i was thinking of getting the sky broadband but ana ang mga friends sa ako mader dear di daw kasaligan. enticing pa kaau ang mga adverts nila nga too good to be true like labaw jud sa pldt ug globe or smartbro.
wa jud ko nag mahay sa akong decision. pldt is not paying me anything but mka ingon jud ko i am very satisfied with their service.
Something seriously wrong with their Cebu service. 10MBPS unlimited plan has for the last two weeks been 1.5MBPS with terrible ping during daytime and 0.5MBPS during the evening. No clear indication about when they will fix things either. As you can imagine I'm pretty annoyed now and shopping around for another service provider.
P3999 monthly for this?!?!?

Modem replaced for the third time today. Apparently the 10mbps package which I'm supposed to be on doesn't work as it should in Cebu so I've been put on the slower, but more stable 6mbps package. This is a speed test from this afternoon:
Let's see if the speed plummets again this evening......
*BTW.. I'm not the one rating this ISP, that one star rating? Some other dissatisfied customer must have scored that.

... and now intermittent signal since early this morning. Basically major ongoing problems for the last few months. Such a headache, I'm so tired of this!
