    Did the affected person sign any documentation about his tardiness in the HR dept? If so, that will be used against him/her/it....

    basin pag wala na gi aprob sa labor ang inyo policy...unya palicy man pud na sa labor paksit lang gihapon ka kung moreklamo ka didt kung e suspenso/terminate man gani ka

    How about contract/s? Need to read those as well. Also, you always have the option to seek legal opinion. Naa man gyud tay Public Attorney's Office and DOLE. =)

    geez, maka alarma man sad ni kay sige lang ko ka suspenso tungod sa lates.. haha..


    follow up question: If ma terminate ka due to tardiness naa bay termination fee? dili man gud e-discuss sa amo office so try lang ko sa mga naka relate.
