    dpende na sa c0mpany policy...ma c0nsider man na as just cause under the Labor Code.

    If your company is strict on that, you really have to comply...though there are companies that
    are lax on that rule, those who have flexi types of sked...di man pud alkanse kay output ang gina-basehan.

    Mao lagi pero amo Company wala man handbook gud sa mga policies. I have heard also that our handbook was not approved by the Labor Code mao wala gipakita sa amoa ang handbook.
