Prophecies are one of the reasons why humanity is held back.

In an era when things are supposed to get better and move forward, people think it is falling apart by some kind of fear of future Armageddon. If you think about it, worse events happened few centuries back. People in every era kept thinking their era is the last and what?

Why not focus on making the world better. Help those people in Leyte and Cebu and stop whining about the end of the world.

TS: you can not force your idea into someone with the same depth of perception, with the same magnitude of awe and wonder, with the same level of belief as your own.

Each person is entitled to have their own opinion on things, now if you're forcing us to believe like you through fear and mysticism, what does that make you? Are you becoming an agent of your own fear thus you are looking for someone to empathize with you?

And when that someone doesn't believe what you believe in, you then resort to intimidation, name calling and fear (by exploiting current events) just to persuade them to believe in you, in your cause?

If that is your ways, the more you persuade someone...the more people will not look in your favor.
