* is the 3k room semi-furnished (at least bed and cabinet)? Ans: YES WITH BED AND CABINET(Built in cabinets already with partitions).
* what's the landmark? -Ans: remedios church, v.rama queensland,crossing road for katipunan and tres labangon
* how far is it from the main road? - ans: 200 meters I guess
* is this on one month deposit and one month advance scheme? Ans: 1mo ad/ 1 mo. Dep
