Dili na raba 3k and 4k nalng.. Ang 3k nga room pwde ra bisan pila ka persons kamo lang mag igo...but 150/hd lng ang water.

* is the 3k room semi-furnished (at least bed and cabinet)?
* what's the landmark?
* how far is it from the main road?
* is this on one month deposit and one month advance scheme?
