I've followed my interval cardio regime for a couple of years and it's looked after me quite well. for 25 - 30 mins I would do my interval training and monitered my heart rate. I still eat around 2300 calories per day but have kept my body fat at around 7.8%. Not bad for someone on the wrong side of 40

I'm going to attempt this new method starting next week along with some of my star pupils. I've just read about it and will be giving it a go. I hate the recumbant bike tho', it's because i have a boney ass!!!!!

    A brief description

    What is Max-OT Cardio?

Max-OT Cardio can be described as ultra-high intensity cardio performed in 16-minute sessions and performed progressively from session to session. What this means, and it’s very important, is that each proceeding cardio session should be more intense than the one before. In other words, you should expend more energy (burn more calories) during every new 16-minute Max-OT Cardio session.
