Hi guys, I would like to seek some help in here regarding forming a company.

and also I would like to seek some help on how we can get business permit and some legal stuffs for the business.

Get an accountant or bookkeeper. Let them do all the work on application sa permits. saves time. You spend a little more but you save time and effort.

well, for legalities...then I believe you need a lawyer...a CPA lawyer is the best choice.

puede raman ka bayad retainer sa lawyer for their service of legalities regarding business set-up para dili kaayo dako imong fee nila...sa CPA puede mo hire ka bookkeeper bisag dili pa CPA but for the finalization of the book bayad ka sa CPA para maka save sad ka.

if planning ka corporation you need to register sa SEC para maka operate ka legally( you need the service of a lawyer to make all the necessary papers to be registered) minimum bank account para ma approve imo company( if naka kaila manager sa bank puede mo hangyo ka didto help you this papers kay some bank offer this service depende kong valued client naka.)...for partnership and single proprietor sa DTI ra... imo first adto sa DTI gyud ka ask for requirements didto.
