    Default Condo unit Sanremo Oasis (Citta di Mare) for takeover as money needed due to calamity


    Dear Istoryans!!

    Help lang ko post for a friend nga victim sa niaging bagyong Yolanda sa North of Cebu. Because of the recent storm, ang ilang house sa north of Cebu was left severely damaged and iyaha nalang ni ibaligya para maka repair sa balay nila.

    Naa siyay condo unit nga gi kuha sa Citta Di Mare, Sanremo Oasis by Filinvest which is ang estimated turnover kay 2nd quarter of 2014.

    Currently ang status kay ready na for inhouse/bank financing. Nangita nalang siya ug mo take over and continue sa pag pay sa unit. Wala siya nag ask ug profit sa iyang investment, ang iyaha lang mabalik ang money na iyang na spend previously(downpayment). Siya na pud ang mo shoulder sa transfer fee.

    Ang current price sa unit karon kay 2.78m na. Ato nga time nga iyang gi avail niya kay 2.38m pa so meaning, maka save mo ug pila ka thousands. The place is very nice once mahuman na and nice ug sosyal siya na investment kay tungod duol ni siya sa future SM seaside.


    234,790 na iyang nabayad. Okay ra niya pay 50% deposit unya and rest is 6 months payable.

    -Turnover around 2nd quarter of 2014
    -Price now is already around 2.78M; but new owner will still be paying original contract price at 2.34m
    -transfer fee will be shouldered: 15k

    -234,790 paid by seller (she just needs to have this back)
    *payment terms: 50% deposit, the rest can be payable for 6 months with no interest.

    sa may SRP ni TS.. duol sa soon to open na SM seaside.

    Ingon siya 50% Downpayment sa iyahang nabayad then the rest pwede ra monthly 6 months. No interest.
    (Nahuman na niya ang downpayment, karon kay pending na for inhouse/bank financing processing.. wait nalang siya naa mo take-over ani nga part.)

    After that kamo na mo continue sa processing either inhouse or bank financing
