    depende ra gid nas tao.. naa gid uban na bilbilon.. kung ako lang kusog ko mokaon.. labi na kung rice di pwede 1 cup lang.. pero pwera buyag sab akong tiyan flat pod tawon... ingon sila kanang softdrinks makadako daw na.. dakong bakak kaayo.. makahurot gani ko 3 bottles ug 12oz in a day.. gamay man lagi gihapon wa man mausab.... sa tao ra gid na... kung mag gym ipadayon na gid na nimo kay once mo stop ka ana.. possible mo gain ka or imong panit mangyatyat.. ni try ko anang gym ug 2months then ni stop ko.. dakong basol nako.. naay changes sa wala pa ug sa naka gym nako..

    This is true. I drink green tea everyday not only for slimming but to get rid of anti-oxidants and relieve stress from work.

    OT: Try the banana diet @miue3006 It's good for the muscle build-up and slimming.

    you have to have at least 13% body fat in order for your abs to show.
    Do more cardio exercises. Calorie intake must be less than your required daily calorie intake.
