I think you need some legal counsel regarding this issue. Think about the possible consequences. You dont even know if the biological father of that child is capable to raise the baby. Worse is, dili aware ang tatay ana, possible nga makasohan pa mo ug abduction or kidnapping as there is not written document between the biological mother and your mother for the "turn-over" of the baby.

Certainly will pose a problem jud nimo TS since sa birth certificate nakabutang didto na IMONG anak ang baby. Better have it revised as soon as possible. You can have the birth certificate authenticated under the name of the real mother as parent AND consult a lawyer about LEGALLY adopting the child. I think dili man siguro ni prob kay willing man jud na ipa adopt ang child sa iya birth mother. At least in the long run nya ba walay complications about sa imong maternal status kung nanganak ba jud ka ug tinuod or wala. So pacify all the document lang jud to make it legal.
