ani ni sya bro, if you care to read a tiny bit about recent history.. say from 1920s to 1940s.. this country was once considered among those with best potentials for greatness in the entire Asia... kung kinsa may nagpauso ana pinoy pride thing.. basin mao ra utoka ang nagpauso sa description nga Pearl of the Orient Seas... nice, poetic, and lyrical tone to it. but were they able to deliver?
the answer is a plain and frank NO!
the Phellippines began its decline.. coincidentally, right after Quezon's proud declaration of "a country run like hell by Filipinos" in 1940s. that decline has been consistent ever since.. maski kinsa pa inyong president. the slope is certainly negative, simply put, going down... down... down.. down.
this country is wealthy. just think about how much one woman can steal from the nation's treasure... 10 billion. just one woman.. la pa gani na nakahuman ug college.
it can go on and on.. I am a tiny voice in a wilderness of lame patriots, proclaiming empty praises of "pinoy pride!"
go find another place.. believe in yourself. if you believe you are a good seed, please, you owe it to yourself to be planted on good soil. and bear a bountiful harvest... for you.. and your generations to come.
good seeds need good soil.. or you will remain just.....a seed.

have you ever run a marathon? the "what ifs" that you are referring will haunt you even before the race starts, while you're running and even after you have crossed that finish line...it's all part of the race...there are possibilities that where you're going could be just the same place that you've been to
What our country needs is our genuine love and support, saying "I have your back, my motherland. Salig Lang nako."
Turning our backs is not an option. Philippines have suffered so much. Let's all unite, Pinoys. Karon pa ta mogive-up?

I am running a much bigger marathon of LIFE.. with a lot of possiblities, twists, and uncertainties. I am not running a marathon measured in kilometers nor miles... I am running a marathon paved with blood, sweat and tears of history to be learned.
IF you love running a marathon in a country run like hell by Filipinos, I assure you.. it will be hot in hell. ...
...if you believe you are a good seed, you owe it to yourself to be planted on good soil.. peace be unto you.
What blasphemy to describe love as pure and genuine!
LOVE is a simple four letter word, but it is a feeling that is borne at the very seat of one's soul. It is sacred by itself, no adjective is ever appropriate to be beside it.
Love is already complete in itself. The motto - Honor, Duty, and Country can be spelled in four letters actually = LOVE. Patriots give their lives for love of country.. in a death that is honorable.
When a country is infested with the likes of Manuel Quezon, that country becomes nothing but a piece of soil piercing through a tranquil sea. Do you see how ironic this seems, a country such as Phellippines sitting on the edge of the Pacific Ocean.. when by itself, nothing is pacific within?
I say enough is enough.. this country had been led down for so long, it has gone beyond hope, except those fueled by empty rhetorics.
Do you play chess?
Manuel L Quezon was the huge blunder that this country had... and from there on, the Phellippines has always been a losing game.
...if you believe you are a good seed, you owe it to yourself to be planted on good soil.. peace be unto you.
