Fastest DSL Provider

Currently I'm using PLDT DSL and so far i do not have so much complains about my connection. Anyway, I'm just subscribed to its cheapest package, the 999. But I am thinking of upgrading or changing to another subscriber. Any suggestion?

maypa ka, respond sila dayon, kami so far sa ako na experience, everytime ma guba amo dsl halos 1week jud mi mag antos nga wa connection, and to think, its a business acct. ;-( mao balhin nalang mi sa bayantel

I've yet to find a reliable provider. They range from bad to extremely bad.
