agree! same here. 1 cup rice per meal nya 1 meal a day ra sad ko permi. hehehe.

So dipende jud na sa imung lawas, if endomorph ka kinanlan jud ka mu iwas ana. Inani man ko so I just eat vegetables instead of rice unless wala najud lain ma eat sa balay. If mag lisod jud mu ug undang e lower ang intake of rice. If tag 1 cup ka e 1/2 lang, but exercise is more important. Kai maski gamay kag intake sa rice pero wa kai pasingot lisod gihapon pa gamay.
If lisoran ka mag exercise you can try yoga, all you need is a mat and a few minutes or an hour to yourself. ^_^
