HELP!!! I3 Package for mid Gaming and Editing

Plan unta ko palit ug I3 nga set this 3rd week sa November but dili ko sweto aning mga butanga.
kanang makaduwa ug games nga dili lang kaayo bug-at and makaedit sa PS nga dili sa dagko kaayo nga files.

butget nako is 19k and below (if naa table, mas maayo)

so far, mao ni amo naganahan sa techead sa sm. wala lang vcard. pero basin naa pa mas nindot ani.

please help me kung ok na ba na or unsa dapat paliton and asa inyo masuggest nga store.
