    first and formost...mag set jud ka una imong gusto sa imong kinabuhi, weight loss ba imong gusto? or excercise imo? basta think always this pag weight loss, it is no B.S you will go thru pain jud, pero yaw sa diretso ug jogg diha daun, basta pila ka days imong e condition imong self, like walking, brisk walking and alternate daun, like small jog, long walk or long jog, and small walk. And then, Diet daun, akong gihimo sa akong diet instead mo inom ko ug softdrinks akong ga imnon sparkling water, mahal pod 50 ang bottle. pero mas ok ra coz nia siya effect like a soft drink but no bad effects like a softdrink.

    Diet, aerobics exercise, resistance training..... crosstraining... modaot lagi ka ana..

    I've tried to do a mix of running and jogging, I read it somewhere that its results are very dramatic. I didn't follow the rigid workout but it did well over time.

    kung bug.at pa imung lawas mas nindut kung mag stationart bike saka.. like nako sauna 236lbs ko and 44 inches ako waistline. + nag join ko sa weight loss challenge sa herbalife + proper diet (ako kinaon kai herbalife pud) kron kai maka jog na jud kog tag 1ok . 152 nlng ko kron and 31 nlng akong hawak hehehe.. mai pag aasa pa guys

    athigh uy! nagjogging ko last week timing sd sa linog uy. naglakaw nalanag ko padulong ayala kai nalipong naman ko. nya nag jogging ko usab 2 days after sa linog, nakadagan ko ug mga pila ka seconds na bikogan naman no-on ko. naglkaw nalang ko uy. dimalasona....

    1hr walking = 1 hr jogging

    abi ko'g nikusog imo'ng pag jogging pag linog kay hadlok ka matagakan..puede ra man lakaw lang sa' ka'g hinay2x para warm up nya mag jogging dayon...mas maka burn ug calories ang jogging...mas maka pud2x sad sa sapatos...

    Mas taas kag mileage sa jogging
    Mas intense ka sa jogging
    mas kusug imong fatburning

    pero if imong jogging mura rag walking
    or if imong walking mura napud ug jogging ka kusog
    then lahi na na
