anyway I just want to congratiolate also the Mandaue City for this project. I hope some other cities will follow also.
I knew of a certain traffic system here in Singapore for about 15 intersections costs double that amount. It includes a traffic monitoring system (via cctv). I think the 39 million costs is fair enough considering it also includes a monitoring system in place.
