Default Ever wondered how it would be like to watch your own funeral?

Two days ago at around 8 pm, I was on my way home from SM. I felt so damn tired that I just slumped on my seat and blankly stared on the road. During that long drive, I couldn't help but notice as I passed through three consecutive funerals along the road. I asked myself, 'Hinungdan ba kaha to sa linog?' Having left myself unanswered, I exhaled a deep sigh as a thought crossed my mind. 'It could have been me..' Having been stuck on the 9th floor during the very first tremendous quake that trembled us all, the thought was pretty much inevitable.

At this moment, I find myself wondering how it would be like to watch my own funeral. How about you? Are you not curious in finding out who's going to show up and who doesn't? Whether someone cries sincerely or not? What if you are given a chance to fake your death just to find out, would you?

Life asked Death, "Why is it that people are afraid of you?" Death answered, "Because you are the beautiful lie, and I am the painful truth".

    ont: Come what may.

I also wondered how it would feel and look like if I would be in my own funeral. Yeah, I would take the chance to fake death and see who's gonna be in there. That's pretty much interesting to me though. I wanna hear some good eulogy from my loved ones and friends. They would surely tell people how I was and would like to see their reactions when I come back alive. lol

With this process, I guess it's a good yet queer way to find out who your real friends are and the ones who sincerely love you. What more if you could read their thoughts. It'll be more interesting.

I dreamt watching my own lifeless body twice.

First was at my wake, I came home from work and dropped by
my Lola's house in Sikatuna and wondered all the bright lights
beaming from her house and lots of people were there, I was
even worried that another relative passed away... When I went
inside, people were crying and saw my family unabashedly crying
even more then I was dumbfounded seeing myself inside the
coffin! That was scary... However I was more glued to the people
who mourned for me... Nakaingon ko, gaghan japon diay mohilak
    if mamatay ko hehehe

Second was, in the middle of a busy narrow road of M. Velez, there
was a long queue of cars because there was this car which got
into a car crash in between two huge cars... In my dream, I walked
towards that car and saw myself lifeless.. It was a bloody sight.

I am not worried about my death though... What I'm more worried
if I leave a lot of unfinished business in this world... Morag di jud ko
    mahimutang if mamatay ko...

I wonder if he would come.. if he would cry.. I'll be left wondering until that time comes but I'll no longer be there.. If given the chance to fake my death, maybe I would not. Basin pa lang if matinuod na jud, wa na nuon muadto ug samot kay mapareha sa 'The Boy Who Cried Wolf' hahaha~

There is life after physical death of a body...like old clothes.. death is like discarding old clothing..

so... yes, you could watch your own funeral.. but you can not post about it here in Istorya..by then.
