Para nako bro ha, Sari-sari store doesn't need rocket science. We cannot strategize based on an existing platform kay every sari-sari store is unique on its own way. Why? Consider your surrounding, the people around you, the competition, over-all, the market itself.

I really stand by Anne Curtis' line in one of her movie, "I know the market coz' I am the market". Be a market first and observe/study if kaya ba nimu ang competition.

Being one of the market before and even up to this time, I get annoyed when I purchase load credits for my network with additional cost on top of how much load you are purchasing. So when I opened my own sari-sari store, I'm not charging additional amount in any load denomination purchase. My point here is, buy your items in bulk. You will see how much you can bring down your prices if you buy in bulk.

Also, take advantage of retail stores that offers discount for wholesale purchase. Example, Colonnade gives you 1% discount for wholesale purchase of over 3000pesos.

Dpende ra jud na sa mga taw nag puyo bro. Pero one thing ako na notice kailangan mangumpra mga panel. kay dako kaau og kita jud. Sa karon mao na ako g.pangita kay para dako og ginansya unlike sa mga prince or colonade. I mean direct ka sa supplier. Ikaduha kailangan naa kay tinda nga wala sa laing tindahan.
