Any Seminars about engaging in the Philippine Stock Market?

Hello Istoryans!

I would like to ask everyone if there's an upcoming live seminar about the stock market and Forex trading. I'm a newbie here who wants to invest ASAP for I was told that if you'll invest in the stock market at a young age, you'll get time at your side.

There's a seminar about stock trading to be held in USC main and it will cost 50k but you will be given a license to trade stocks. I got this info from a friend who plans to enroll. My info is not complete you would have to inquire to know more.

As for forex, brokers themselves offer seminars. You would have to inquire which brokers that have a local presence who will hold such seminars. Some members of the forum also offer such seminars at no cost.

Check out the thread in Trading the Philippine Stock Market or Investing in the Philippine Stock Market. Every now and then people will post there if naa upcoming seminars. Go check buhaytrader.com He gives seminars every now and then.

I know na duol na kaayo but naa Technical Analysis Seminar tomorrow Sep. 28 sa baseline from 1-5 pm. Fee is P200. Here's to hoping you read this in time.

kita ta unya boss. also, if nahan ka maka learn sa basics lang, maka tudlo ko nimo. ang lisod sa stock market investing is imo discipline ug imo psychology/emotions kung dali ka ma taranta or dili.

Most stock market trading/investing lectures are in Manila, and they are doing it on a regular basis.
We're actually working on setting one up here in Cebu in order to cater to the Cebuano market.
For now, we meet on a regular basis. Our next step is to conduct regular lectures.
The PSE-CSS course is not advisable for those who are just starting out in trading.

I've checked CITISEC site, and yes..naa sila regular seminar schedules but its in Ortigas, Manila. Hope they'll have it in Cebu as well..hehehe.. thanks istoryans..hope naa pai mu share dnha..hehe
