INTANGIBLE ASSET: Money cant buy you happiness but love can... regularly support my family financially, esp my nephew.
Despite the fact that money cant buy you happiness, you still have to save para sa future ug para sa health nimo ug sa family. Lisod ning cge ra happy2x unya kng naay magkasakit ky wala kay mapaospital ky nahurot ang money sa happy2x...
Planning to go abroad pero not too soon pa.

in just a matter of 1 month, made adjustments and saved 40K already... and started to invest in mutual fund...

1. lot in province - worth 120k when bought (pasaka man tingale ni)
2. stocks - current market price: 120k - saka kanaug
3. rtb - 100k + value retention
4. shares in cooperative - 100k and growing
5. shares in partnership - 30k + and growing - financing and other investment partnership
6. shares invested in a corporation in cebu - 100k and growing
7. Cash On Hand - 300 pesos. lol
8. Planning to take a loan para palit ug another lot
9. Other assets - mga gamit sa balay - (ref, laptops, sala sets, tvs, cabinets, and others) - value? - don't know 10k?
Ayaw lang usa ug comment about insurance kay I'm working on it.
