Residential package man ng sa PLDT ug Globe na 999. Business package ang DSL sa Bayan na gi offer sa Cebu. Walay residential. Mas lower ang CAR sa business packages.

I believe you were provided with our customer service number. Besides DSL is not recommended for callcenter kind of operations. Get the right package bro.

When you say business does it mean higher reliability? Is it symmetric? same upstream/downstream?

That's access ratio, the number of subscribers activated in a DSLAM equipment. Yes higher reliability. Asymmetric, higher download than upload.

called Bayan support now and I got dropped while waiting.

It's been almost 3 years with them, no free upgrade in the speed, no downgrade in the fee while our main ISP (PLDT) had given us 2 free speed upgrades already.

Maylang sugod ni ang bayan kusog2. After pila ka months, gikapoy nalang mi bantay mag-ilog ang mga staff sa PLDT nga line oiz!

So yeah, the reality of pinoy ISP, kung dili ka sa lapok (PLDT), adto ka sa kayo (GLOBE + Bayan, etc.).

Choose wisely. lol
