    pde sad... bunos... pero mas nice untah ug i lower ang TAX... here's the thing if the 14th month pay will imposed. naa sya impact sa mga investor/employeer like mo fire out sya ug employee. mag cost cutting ang most sa company. ang gagmay nga company mo close. mas daghan unya ang walay trabaho.

    maau with holding tax ang ila i adjust kay sa ako tan-aw mura man ug hinay kaau ug progress tungod sa kurakot. unsa ka daghan ug nag work sa call center industry nya mostly singles pa jud. dagko kaau nah sila ug tax. nya graveyard schedule pa jud pero ang ila security wala klaro kay walay police visibility. like naa patyon or gi tulis.

    and then side bits sad nah nila ang pahumot kay most of filipinos kay wala na salig. diversion na sad ni...

    reklamo man gani ang mga foreigner sa philippines kay grabe daw ka daghan ug holidays wherein they pay as double or some 30%.
    ok man ila tumong.. maau kaau nah. pero lang naa sya laing effect... ok ra to ang establish na jud nga business...

    It was government's fault in the first place why many of projects are not DONE! or Half-DONE!

    Murag malabo ni knowing how Kim Henares plays her cards. Ngita man gani tanan pamaagi si Henaris to augment instantly her tax collection.

    Though we are receiving 14th month as company discretion, pero I am with few of the istoryans here. Salary restructuring and re-alignment. At least, long term nga solution.

    Kay ang sitwasyon sa atong ubang manunungha, igo ra jud intawon sa basic needs like pagkaon, abang or bayad sa amortization sa balay, eskwela. Wala nay savings. Pag-abot ug manggidaot, magpura2x na ug pang-loan asa dapit kay way makoot sa savings.

Senate Bill 1645 filed by Senator Vicente “Tito” Sotto III provides that all government and non-government rank and file employees should be entitled to 14th month pay every year.

    “The 13th month pay shall be paid not later than June 14th and the 14th month pay shall be paid not later than December 24th of every year provided however that the frequency of payment of this monetary benefits may be the subject of agreement between employer and employee or any recognized/ collective bargaining agent of employees, “ the bill said. “The minimum amount of the 14th month pay shall not be less than 1/ 12 of the total basic salary earned by the employee within the calendar year,” it further said. In filing the bill, Sotto recognized the “indispensable need” to provide Filipino laborers – both from the public and private sectors – additional 14th month pay.

    “The recent P10 increase in the minimum wage is too small. Wages have invisibly decreased due to the rise in prices of basic commodities. Improved business -earnings have not cascaded on its own. The 13th month pay is gobbled up by Christmas expenses. We need extra earnings in the middle of the year to help in school and medical expenses,” he said in his explanatory note in the bill.
    “Health and education needs of the ordinary Filipino must be assisted by our government. This will make the maxim attributed to President Ramon Magsaysay become a reality – ‘Those who have less in life should have more in law,’” Sotto added.

    Mas maayo nilang buhaton:

    * Increase salary minimum wage
    * low tax

    Para walay makawat nga kwarta

    Kinsa adviser ni Sotto?

    Nagtuo siguro ni siya nga pulos bulok mga Filipino.
