    Default Wide angle lens converter

I can only afford one and dugay2x napud ko gaplano mupalit sa 35. Ang Tamron 17-50 kay out of the question kay mu prefer si commander nga Nikkor jud. Lisod kaayo ug kontrahan, di palang ko pa dogon hehehe.

    Hopefully someone here can post sample pictures with this filter attached. By the way, I am in no way a professional or a serious hobbyist, pang FB ra ang pics sa amo travels and some family gatherings.

    Thanks in advance!

    if not, palit nalang brand new kit lens or mopadayun ka sa 35mm 1.8G, then go for it. nindot man pud nang prime lens .

    @tuwad - ang converter kay dili siya sharp. makita nimo ang edges sa converter na mu dark plus shoft jud siya. thats the price to pay for its cost. though useable para snap shots, pero if nindotay, not reccomended. If your buying a new lens jud, the 35mm 1.8G is very nice jud! 2 thumbs up, a very good portrait/ street lens. then again, if mao na ang imo nahan, the Tamron 17-50 VC or non VC is more applicable. Wide na, can be used as portrait lens and all around na iya focal length. constant aperture of 2.8 is very good also. Sharpness sa tamron 17-50 is very comparable sa nikkor and Canon counterpart, just know how to use the lens lang.=p

    also just asking, whats the purpose of shooting wide? group pics? shooting landscapes? 17mm on a crop is just ok, little ra difference sa 18-55 na lens. but its what I used before for my landscpa shots, and im more than satisfied with it.=p
    in the end, whatever lens you buy im sure di ka magmahay, youll learn how to compensate anyhow sa lens na imo kuhaon.=p
    Hope the insight helped.=p

    keep on shooting.=p

    I assume you're using a crop body. Ayaw lang gamit anang converter kay degraded kaayo IQ ana, soft edges and a lot of fringing too. If nangita ka ug wide jud nga affordable try tokina 12-24 II. or kng ok nimo fisheye nalang nga samyang...pero if mo prefer ka nikkor go for 35mm nalang pero dili na cya wide on crop.

    ok ra baya ang raynox basta magnification ang purpose. the best trick ana is to use it in a zoom lens, mas maau ug naay IS/VR/OS/VC feature imong lens kay naa nakay macro lens nga zoom ug stabilized pa.

    akong gitestingan sa akong 70-300vr bro hinay kaau mo focus. Sa uban pod nako zoom lens (16-85vr) naa pod itom sa kilid. sa 50mm ug sa 35mm ra jud siya maka kuha ug arang2x.

    @Crinkles11:
    ang tactic ana, manual focus ra aron paspas mo focus plus atras-abante. kana itom sa kilid pwede ra na ma crop pod nimo...so far wala koy angal sa raynox dcr250. naa mi kaila diri istorya nga MP-65 1-5X ang lens nya gi suwayan niya akng raynox, mura na ug microscope daw.

    @Tuwad:
    if 35mm for group shots, lisod kaayo na labe na indoors. mas maayo ug 18mm or 17mm lang. pero better if fisheye, anyway naa mn pod program para mo "defish".
