Need help and advice for HTPC

Good day fellow istoryans!

Today i have this client (an American). Yes slang kaayo, gibawsan nako, abi niya siya ra kahibaw lol, ok enough of the corny joke. This client of mine want me to build him a good HTPC. He will hook it up to his TV and will use vpn from the us, for him to watch News and Sports and browse the internet. I really dont really have an idea of what software for the vpn he would use. Can you guys suggest?

And also i would like to have your inputs on what components to be used, im open to both amd and intel build. The basis (as requested by my client) it would and should be small. So the m-itx will be the basis for this set-up.

And lastly i hope you guys can give me the components from budget but good and, a very good set-up and finally an awesome set-up lol.

mobo: asrock h61-m itx (or should i go with gigabyte's z77m-itx) ?
ram: 2x4gb
ssd: 120gb or 6gb
HDD: (need to ask him if he would store movies for this, kay all he said was watch news via this vpn)
psu: corsair vs450
case: cm elite
Gpu: none since this is not intended for gaming, the onboard graphics of the i3-3210 would be sufficient enough for blue ray movies

Kamo guys? unsa inyo ma sugges lain? regarding amd (i have no good idea for htpc using an amd)

I think naay B75 nga itx. I think sufficient na ang ivybridge nga celeron and since it's a no gaming pc, then not advisable ang APU since mas energy efficient ang celeron. If naa palay AMD Kabini diri I would've suggested that.

if available ang onboard IB Celeron 1037U or SB Celeron 847, better ni sila for the application sa imohang client bro LZ... low power... very nice for HTPC ni sila in running those 1080p and blu-ray movies... anyway, murag lisod man ni dha sa atoa... mas dali ra pangita-on ang Celeron G1610... pwede ra gyud ang mga H61 ug B75 mini-ITX mobo ani nya... kaya ra kaayo sa iGPU for the intended use sa client nmo...

overkill ra ang i3-3210 for your client's application...
