1gb vs 2gb videocard

is it necessary to spend an extra buck for a 2gb videocard,.,. 1gb is cheaper but others said if you want to have a better picture frame in gaming for high setting go for the 2gb.,., i have a 24" led tv and i want to run my games to high setting is it necessary to have a 2gb videocard or i have to stick to my own 1gb videocard,.,. sorry newbie here,.,.

Unsa nga card? Anything lower than a GTX 650 Ti or an HD7770 useless ang 2gb vram.

Depende sa unsa nga GPU jud... pero generally 2GB is needed for 1080p.

Go for faster frequency gpu, bit etc.

gt640 2gb 128 bit is it ok for a 24" monitor in high 1920 x 1020 resoultion with games like nba2k13 in high setting,.,. i used gt220 1g 128bit but mo ungot jud cya if i run it in high setting,.,.
