Bag-ohay palang gyud ko naayo from chicken pox. karun palang gyud ko adlawa na issuehan ug fit-to-work certificate sa doctor.

since immunized naman ko pag bata so dili kau grabe akong chicken pox..

mga less than 50 ra ka butoy2 (spots) ako na experience nya mga gagmay rapud..
then na actionan daun nako kay pa check daun ko sa doctor.

zovirax pud ang gi recommend sa doctor (generic name: acyclovir -> anti-viral medicine)
pero mahal man 290/tablet nya 5 times per day for 7-10 days
so nag generics nalang ko kay mga 90-100 ra ang tablet.

usually mag hilanat ka sa chicken pox, pero sa ako nga case kay wala.
thankful rapud ko kay di kau grabe.

wa ramay gi bawal sa ako ang doctor. naligo rako, then rest, then incubate from others para dili sila matakdan esp. sa kids ug pregnant women.

ADVISE: pa immunize gyud.

Take ug antiviral like zovirax(acyclovir) for chickenpox, meds para pa wa sa katol like celestamine or zylohist bah kaha. Then ayaw kawta ha? haha. Avoid foods nga maka trigger sa katol, avoid having close contact with other 5-7 days after nigawas ang last na hangga .. highly communicable ka.

Ay nalng adto ug doctor, simple ra kau management anang chickenpox, mawa ra na if mu take kag antiviral.
