    Bank charges tawag anang total fees bayran if na approve and is done before releasing of loan.Bank charges may comprise the ff:- MRI (Mortgage Redemption Insurance)--- pwede rpud ka kuha sa lain if kita ka mas cheaper but if sa bank ra gihapon nimo iagi, spread nana siya monthly and automatic na mo renew during anniversary date. If sa lain ka nikuha, you pay it directly sa imong gikuhaan then i-endorse lang sa bank or maybe pwede pa masabotan ang bank nga i-automatic nlng pud and sila na coordinate sa life insurance company once endorsed.- fire insurance (and other forces of nature nga without our control; ang flood, pwede na wala if condo and your unit naa sa higher floor)---- similar with MRI, pwede affiliated na sa bank mismo or ikaw kuha your own pero separate gyud ang payment; ikaw na mo endorse sa bank.- Appraisal Fee---- P3,500; pwede ra ma waived if affiliated na daan ang project- nalimot nako sa uban pero murag apil na siguro ni ang pa annotate sa title, doc stamp, etcyup, more or less P30k ang bank charges for 1M.Note: fire insurance and MRI, mag sige bayad until maimpas ang loan.Sorry, nagubot pag-edit, di na matarong.

    ts...for now banks,pag-ibig and all companies nga mag paloan ug balay nag lumba anay ug pa ubos sa ilang interest. mo dagan na from 8% to 6% na...i know kay im into real estate business and we know kung unsay status sa mga housing loan institution when it comes to interest rate.

    unsa man imo ika re commend nga bank with lowest interest Ma'am?

    Naa namai lower than 6% ron but what's important sad ky ang service. you should be comfortable with the bank, sa ilang staff na mo entertain nimo and especially ang service jud.

    We have this okay2 ra ang staff and nindot pud ang offer pero pwerting dugaya mo-process. basi maka-ipon nlng mi ani pra i-full payment, ayha pa ma release ang loan. sayang lang ang gibayad nga bank charges.

    BDO, paspas ra sila sa processing. sa ila ang pinakalast namo gi-applyan og housing loan and wa kayo mi ga ff-up pero sila ang una nag-grant namo but sad to say sa lain mi ni push through ky amo gi-consider ang loan features pero ang waiting time is like forever. pero okay ra, mada ra'g smile.

    Sis ang Fire Insurance ug MRI kay every year na xa bayaran? mga pila sad kaha na xa ? naay kay idea like range sa bayran ana?. Thanks sis
