mga a year ago ni for it park area... Before calyx 711..
We were quoted 3.2m - construction sa store, inventory and training sa imo employees...
Downside: no exclusivity clause.. Basically pwede naa another 711 store beside u...
Biggest hindrance: good location!! Kanang sa calyx, daghan kaayo nagpila ana... Oh well.. Wa tay ma hems... Dili para ato...
