    Default Help about laundry business

    Mga istoryans,

We're planning to have our first business and we've decided that it will be a Laundry Business.
Our question would be on where to buy the materials like soap powders and softeners and the likes.
    any advice?

We're soliciting for free advice so please don't post your seminars or franchise here in my thread. Salamat.

I must say, those paid seminars may be better than those conducted for FREE. Most free seminars are just used for marketing and they are really good in "persuading" potential investors.

This may not be the business that you wanted to start with but this can be a good business prior to laundry business:
    - Water Refilling Station

Once your Water Refilling Station is already stable, you may start the laundry business by then....

Laundry Business is laborious and you need at least one knowledgeable, skillful or experienced personnel.
Your personnel should know which should be washed separately:
    - delicate fabric-----> hand wash
    - clothes that bleed (mo stain/ mamantsa)

    basta, daghan pa dapat i-consider.
Some of which ky masunog inig dryer. ang uban magisi.

if makakita ka og maayo nga trabahante, good for you.

sa soap, softener, etc... pm lang ko

Start a Laundry Business, Tips and Advice

I agree with @cebu.opportunities, you have a lot of things to consider by aiming this kind of business.

You must also consider your equipment such as extractors, -mao ni ang machine nga mo laba og mu was2x og mo kusu2x sa imung nilabhan automatically.

Avoid using washing machine designed for home uses cause in laundry business need nimu ,mga heavy equipment to wash all kinds of clothes.

2nd na imung i consider, financing and profitability, kailangang may sakto ka nga pundo, atleast para sa mga monthly dues nimu like electrical bill for sure dako jud na. and mga maintenance sa imung equipment washer or dryer kay almost every minute ka mag gamit so you need to be careful to maintain them.

    Environmental impact
Before going into the business, the entrepreneur should think about being environmentally friendly. “Don’t think only about earning big profits,” Lumabas advised. “Think of your responsibility to the environment. You have to treat every liter of water you throw out.”

    Tips.
    1. Before doing that business tyr to observe those laundry shop if you think mkakita ba jud sila..
    2. Try to open your laundry business those area na mas daghan ang mga village, og doul, usually mangud ang mag palaundray for those people nga maka afford og taas ang standard the way of their living.
    3. Give flyers, promotion, and put banners in any area atleast kabalo sila nga nag open ka og laundry shop.
    4. THen if maka decide naka og nana kay company name and logo para sa imung laundry shop.. adto usa sa DTI para ma register imu logo and everything.
    5. Try also makig coordinate ka sa mga parlor, restaurant, small inn or hotel alteast nakay pang daily income.. mas maayu na kaysa mag wait kalang og customer.
    6. If sa detergents and softeners pwd ka mo buhat og imu or gamit sa mga commercial nga detergents.. naman seminar ana as what miss cebu .oppurtunities said daghan mga seminar..
    7. Area - dapat ang area nga imung pwesto doul og karsada nga dali makita sa tao, og sa mga motorista
    8. if mag start ka nang mga 250k apil na mga equipment.. for sure your ROI return of investment nasa 5-6 months dpends on the area and your monthly income..
    9. if mag start kana 1 staff lang sa or ikaw lang or imung relatives lang ang e staff para dili kaayu ka luge sa payment and everything,.

    Hope this can help you

    Thanks

    Mr CHeap
