Guys, I'd like to inform everyone that Philam Life just launched two new products namely Family Provider and Money Works.
Both are limited pay plans and are payable for 3, 5, 7, or 10 years for Family Provider and 5, 7, 10, or lifetime for Money Works.
You can invest in both plans for as low as P20,000 per year (less than P1,700 per month) and a life insurance coverage of more than P1M and a mutual fund investment in PAMI (equities, fixed income, or balanced).
These plans are ideal for people who want life time coverage and good amount of savings without paying for a long period of time.

Here is an illustration of one of Philam Life's newly launched product: Money Works

Description: Money Works is a savings plan with life insurance coverage. The life insurance coverage will be the higher of either the account value (savings component) or the face amount of the plan (25 times the annual premium). For example, for a premium of P20T a year, the face amount of the insurance will be P500,000 (P20T multiplied by 25) on the first year.

Payment terms: 5-year, 7-year, 10-year, and regular pay.

Below is the illustration of how Money Works work:

In the example above, the annual premium is P50,000 and paid for 10 years with a face amount of P1.25M (P50T * 25). The fund is invested either in PAMI Strategic Growth Fund, Inc. (equity funds), PAMI Philam Fund (balanced fund), or PAMI Bond Fund (fixed income fund).

With the assumed 8% rate (average of PAMI Philam Fund), the total savings of the plan reached P660T already, 160T higher than the total premiums paid or 32% more than the total premiums paid.

After 10 more years, even without paying any additional premiums, the savings component of the plan reached P1.44M and after another 10 more years, it reached P4.49M.

Using the same illustration above, 8% of P4.49M is P359,200 which can give a monthly income of P29,933.33 or roughly P30T making it a great source of income during retirement.

Payment modes can be done monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually and premiums can be as cheap as P1,670 monthly or P20,000 annually.

Money Works is ideal for people who are looking to start preparing for their retirement as well as other plans in the future that requires a huge amount of money but would just want to save for it regularly at lesser amounts.

For more information about Money Works, please check this link: Philam Life | Individuals | Savings | MoneyWorks

Summing it up, Money Works is a very affordable savings plan that could give you a very high insurance coverage and high yielding and very impressive performing investment through Philam Asset Management, Inc.(PAMI). Its cost is very competitive (as low as P1,670 a month).

Start building your savings, investment, and/or retirement nest as early as now. Invest in Money Works and let the professionals make your money grow on your behalf.

I was given an info by an agent that the minimum annual premium for Money Works under a 5-year payment term is 70,000 php with a life coverage of not more than 1 million. Can't see any info that says "investing in both plans for as low as P20,000 per year (less than P1,700 per month) and a life insurance coverage of more than P1M"

If you go regular pay, you can go for as low as P20T in a year. I have a client who just opened one.

[3] Intensive Care Unit (ICU) (P2,000 or P3,000 a day)
    [4] Surgical Expense Reimbursement (P10,000, P20,000 or P50,000)

Actual range of premiums are from P1,356.95 (18-24 years old, Basic plan) to P8,834.06 (60-64 years old, Elite plan) per year.

For Familia (family) plan, rate is a little lesser individually.

Technically, walay plan that will cover from kindergarten until college or post grad, college lang.
But daghan investment products nga pwede icustomize para mahimong education plan that can cover the costs from kindergarten until college or even post grad.
BTW, the college plan of Philam Life is not a preneed plan (unlike CAP). During maturity, dili mobayad ang Philam Life sa school but rather, they will give a check regardless if nagschool ang beneficiary (child) or not. It will also not follow kung pilay tuition fee sa school kay ilang ihatag is more or less a fixed amount so in a way, murag investment lang gihapon but designed for education.

So unsay pinakamaayo bro, if I had a son who is 3 months old. Unsay plan kaha nga maayo para at least ma secure nako ang fees sa highschool, college and post-grad niya?
How about we go to the extreme, kanang macover pa gyud ang iyang kindergarten?
