Murag mas maayo kung ikaw mismo muingon ana sa naluwas. Tell that to the people scared for their lives who managed to survive. Kung makastorya ka, murag kag wala kasuway ug panic. But of course, it's easier to be a tough guy on the Internet. Go to the hospitals and tell the survivors ilahang sala nganung namatay ang mga nahibilin. I dare you.

While i don't want to be OT and this thread is getting OT, let me reply once more.
    So you're a master mariner.
I would not expect a master mariner to comment like that on my particular post.
After all although the pasted reference came out a research, i know you maybe familiar with SOLAS and my comment does makes sense and any marine deck officer knows that. Nothing is katawanan sa akong post actually no matter how i see it.

IMHO it is not really nga ang mga tubag ug tarong are PROFESSIONAL MARINE DECK OFFICERS ra jud,,, Remember that those who were commanding those vessels and their subordinates are professional marine deck officers. Sila atong patubagon beh.

yes i agree na mga PROFESSIONAL sila in License, but not in practice.... nganung inter island raman sila kutob kung qualified sila sa gawas? because they are not competent enough mu trabaho internationally,,, compara kuno sweldo KAPITAN 6Ok PHP sa 12K USD...?

before ni ma close nga thread, i hope ma solve na ni asap... and i hope ther will be a transparent invstigation... twice na ko kasakay ug barko na gamay nara jud kuwang, and during that time, grabe jud ako kahadlok...
may it be another lesson nato tanan esp to those who "takes d wheel", maybe if nag give way ra jud sila it myt not happen though dli jud malikayan ang accident.

may the eternal light shine upon them, and may their sins be forgiven...

i know its hard to those who loss their loveones, but life goes on...

it is sad to say, but it is the reality!!!!!

kinsa man diay nag paunlod sa barko? Watch officers db?...

Do we have a new tally of the survivors?

It is very ironic nga ang pilipinas being the number 1 supplier of seafarers will also be the number 1 in terms of sea tragedy count in the modern times (exclude the Titanic and the Lusitania kay 1912 & 1915 pa man to.)

I think this problem is deeper than what we thought. Dili lang sea-based organization and ma blame ani kungdi apil sad ang ilang shore-based organization (in short kanang mga galingkod diha sa mga opisina sa mga shipping lines).

uu unsa may update diay ani? hehehehe

I'm also pretty sure nga daghan gyud na-trap considering nga paspas kaayo miunlod ang ferry boat.
Without prejudice, all because of human error.

Nakasakay ko kaniadto nga gikan Nasipit to Cebu. karga namo among car. Human paghatod sa ubos akong gipangutana sila if butangan ba lashing. Tubag sa crew unya nalang inig magbalod balod na.
