daghan kaayu mi ato wala katulog gabiuna, ni ana pagud to isa sa among crew nga abi jud nila kami ma banggaan pag una. may their souls rest in peace.
Surely if one's vehicle runs faster than what the navigators mind can process, then they should slow down well ahead in time.

The 1974 International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS Convention) obliges the

“master of a ship at sea which is in a position to be able to provide assistance, on receiving information from any source that persons are in distress at sea, is bound to proceed with all speed to their assistance, if possible informing them or the search and rescue service that the ship is doing so…”3

The 1979 International Convention on Maritime Search and Rescue (SAR Convention) obliges State Parties to:

“…ensure that assistance be provided to any person in distress at sea… regardless of the nationality or status of such a person or the circumstances in which that person is found”… and to “provide for their initial medical or other needs , and deliver them to a place of safety.”4 .

Why don't you try to be civil?
Unsa man diay imong nakita aning akong comment? Nagpost ko ug link.
Read my post again and you will understand.
At the very least wala ko gapataka ug comment. Any marine-related professional will know that.

My comment is professional enough and makes sense.
Refrain from making sarcastic comments of someone's comment. You may not know who that person is?

Are you an expert to make a comment like that?

If you are in the marine profession, you will know that it is an obligation of the ship master to render assistance in time of distress. Dili ka mudagan.

yes kabalo ko ana! because im a master mariner..... just like what ive said.... NINGDAGAN ang OFFICERS and CREW... kay tungod ang mga kasagarang PILIPINO walay respeto sa kinabuhi... that's why satisfied ramo sa systema nga naa mu KARON....

3rd world like what ive said
unless you are willing to change
... You should give up your democracy
kay you are living in the of FREE. where everybody can do what he wishes... dili na ingon ana.. dapat naay limitasyon... their should be a body to regulate... pero MAG CGE man noon mog reklamao ug naay ipa tupad na BALAOD...
    HUMAN RIGHT LAGI kuno
