by the way, confident ra mabayran ky it's supposedly joint ownership man pero willing rako mo let go ani if ever di gyud ma kaya. I also realized nga much better if tagsa2 jud if makaya and no need to rush.

combination of salary and real estate properties sa iya and on my part, sa real estate properties rpud.
with that property, dako kayo kaon sako time and effort (since no employees man) and wa koi makuha sa earnings ani. as you can see, di man sad equally divided ang na shell out.

as of the moment, I cannot decide pa if i-let go ba jud ky sayangan sad ko sa property and sa amo duha, ako man ga hands on ani. lots of discussions pa ani nga bahin. pero okay rpud if iyaha nlng gyud pra di na libog sa pag-divide ky mahulog, I will be surrendering my earnings on certain real estate properties for 18 years... ...which I think is too much. murag daghan pai mabuhat sa 18 years nga earnings in exchange for a single property.

However, another factor sis is health. hehe. basin masubrahan na pud nga wala nay ikabayad puhon sa medical bills tungod ra ana. Then if ako ana let go na dayon.
