Obligations and "Assets":
I. Losses
- 7 digitsSs
II. Penalty
A. Breach of Contract
- cash is ready for the last month of payment, at last

- but still, I cannot guarantee if I'll be able to get the clearance. basi unsa napud kaha'y trap ani, hehe. If that happens, di na gyud tolerable.
B. Clearances
a.
b.
c.
d.
e.
- on-hold. 'will settle this after part III and IV are done. I supposedly attended this a year ago when putting it to an end won't give any significant liability but then they advised me to give it time and wait for a possible change of mind and yet my decision is still the same as it was a year ago and now I presume penalties are awaiting ahead.
III. Debts
A. Cash
a. 6 digits
b. 6 digits
c. 6 digits
- All of which are with running interests.

Letter a's monthly interest hurts a bit and I want to settle this first. Panington ta'g dugo ani. Letter b and c's interest are quite fine but combining both and given only for a month to settle this is unrealistic. Makaluha ta'g dugo ani, haha. hapit ko mabuang ani dah, hehehe. Mao na ni ang time nga makaingon ka pwede nako mamatay, lol, but committing suicide is not in my vocabulary to free myself of such obligation. Came up with a plan on how to settle all these three. I'll not run from it; All I need is enough time for I'll start generating something out of nothing here. Earning small for a start-up capital is the hardest but the rest will just follow. Been searching of new ways but I failed to find one that fits to my need which is to have at least a systematized generating system that will give you a foreseeable growth in a given span of time which is still subject to some slippages and margin of error but can be managed and realized that I have been doing this strategy before but risks, self-control, & greediness were not managed well during that time. Risk is always there and we cannot make something if we won't take the risk. Managing the risk is very important and this is, I guess, the hardest. I'll begin with the feasibility study during the last quarter of the year and hopefully, it will have good yield by the end of the year. If it will work, next is to incorporate the "trading psychology" principle here and will give it a year to analyze the result. This is difficult in application but it won't hurt to give it a try.
IV. Investments
A. Without Financial Obligation
a. UITF
- returns are quite conservative. 'will pull out this one when satisfied with its yield.
b. Financier/Investor
- still have to monitor this one
B. With Financial Obligation (Biased to Real Estate Properties; payment is faithfully done and hopefully will not be delinquent)
a. existing (standby)
- with good earning potential
- So many imaginary plans for this but too bad I don't have the capacity for its realization at this time.
- May or may not sell this but won't sell this until 3 years or more from now.
- tolerable monthly financial obligation
- aim: just follow monthly installments until end of term
b. existing (in preparation to generate income)
- not a fan of this type of property
- potential passive income due to time and effort limitation
- Savings will be drained for a small amount spot cash and for its interior works
- bearable monthly financial obligation
- aim: may follow amortization schedule or pay in advance
c. existing (generating income)
- high potential income but I cannot serve 2 masters with full effort on both
- willing to give up this one but won't leave this hanging
- no employees employed and were able to adapt the business flow but will revise the system for I cannot focus on this only because I'm not being paid and there's quite a huge figures up there that I need to settle upon.
- Emergency funds drained for housing loan advance payment
- challenging monthly financial obligation (huge interests)
- aim: finish this first because principal amount being paid per month is just 1/10 over the interests
d. immediate target
- been searching for this for quite some time
- wrong timing for I don't have money but once I will let this opportunity go, I'll not have the chance to avail this type of property anymore
- planning for site visit again, analyze terms and conditions and if overall it's worth it, then go
C. Additional (Offshore)
- sell some and buy one or two
- on-hold income
- giving this a year for completion of legal processes
