PSU recommendations please?

mao ni storya sa akong PSU problem: naa ko'y pc nga 'gubaon'. one time while nagduwa ko, nikalit ug pawng ang pc. so akong gi.on ug balik pero maglisod siya ug boot. kutob ra siya sa screen nga nagpakita sa motherboard model, nya instead of muadto siya sa boot screen, murestart siyag balik. naay kausa nakalahus siyag boot screen pero giprompt ko ug startup repair so gistartup repair nako. problem found kay "windows failed to load startup blah blah" so i decided to reformat my hdd and install win7 again. paghuman, abi nako ok na pero nirestart siyag kalit, couple of times, nga after atong mobo screen, murestart nsd siya. then nakasuccessfully boot ang windows nya nakalog in kos user acct. naai ni pop-up nga "windows has recovered from an unexpected shut down" (non-verbatim). pagcheck nako s details, ang nakacause daw kay BlueScreen.

gamay nga googling, nakathink ko nga something must be wrong sa akog PSU. naconvince pa jd ko nga naas PSU ang problema kay naai ubang USB ports nga di marcognize ang ipaslak nga device. nya kung mg gamit kos external dvd drive, usahay di muwork kay shortage of power. so gamit akong noob troubleshooting skills, i conclude nga ilisanan jd ni akong PSU.

so please recommend unsai advisable nga iilis. mao ni akong PSU ug ang devices nga connected niya

existing PSU: rise ang brand, 600 watts. made in china, 4 years in use; 2 HDDs; 1 internal dvd drive nga di makabasa ug cd (probably related sa PSU problem); 1 fan, pero ngplano ko pun-an ug duha; and of course, the motherboard (Asus p5kpl-am epu)

pila ka-watts akong iilis, given the devices nga nakaconnect sa akong PSU ug ang gusto nako ipuno nga fan? kindly recommend me, hehe.
