Filipinos in the Philippines were screaming to death while watching the FIBA game earlier. And it was so annoying coz I live in a condominium and the people living in the next room were like retards shouting for joy! I was like, c'mon! I wanna sleep coz I'm gonna wake up early the following day, and now look, I'm wide awake, can't sleep, it's 2:14 am, because of the screaming apes living in the next room! Whatever happened to the words "respect" and "consideration."


I really don't get it. Why is it that most Filipinos are so proud about being Filipino?? Just because the Gilas Team won against my beloved country, doesn't mean you have to be proud with your own race!


Reality check, you Filipinos have a lot to prove before you become proud as a "pinoy." You should achieve something collectively before bragging to the whole world that your RACE is the best RACE in this whole pathetic planet!

Does that mean if Korea had not achieved anything you wouldn't be proud of being Korean? You should've watched the game, we respected Koreans and we knew they were a formidable foe as they have stood firm and denied us the win in crucial basketball games since 1986. You have no right to say that we have a lot to prove before we become proud as a "pinoy". Even before we prove anything we were born "Pinoy" and we are proud to be one. Just having pinoy blood should make us proud. We did not even brag about our Race being the best, what we bragged about was our Gilas team having the heart to battle your Korean team without our top player in the 2nd half, against all odds we won against your mighty Korean team. With all due respect...please remember, you are in our homeland, you are making the most out of the opportunities provided by our country so do not be a racist and stop calling us "apes".
