CPUs RARELY go bad.
It's possible the m/b is cracked near the CPU socket and cutting a PCB trace somewhere.
Or maybe even the socket is bad.
How did you reset/clear the BIOS? Did you move the jumper and remove the CMOS battery?
Do you see anything on the monitor when you turn it on?
You should disassemble everything from the case, including the motherboard and PSU.
Put your M/B somewhere clean, maybe on top of a table or desk.
Hook up your PSU to the M/B, one stick of RAM, the CPU, use your onboard GPU to connect to your monitor.
Connect the power switch to your M/B also. Did your board come with a tiny speaker? Connect that also.
Do NOT connect your HDD, DVD, 6670 GPU, or anything else.
Turn it on and see what happens. Do you hear any beeps.
If nothing happens, no beeps or anything. Then your board is bad.
If less than a year old, warranty it.
Good luck.
guys thank you sa suggestions .. =)
