-i would hold the upgrade, until probably u can afford i5 setup in one-go. or if u dont mind, sell your old parts and upgrade.
the problem is i can hear na mukusog ang fan sa proc... stock raman ni akong gamit. hahahahaha. im planning to but im still trying to research more. how much would an i5 proc and board cost? and would it be a noticeable upgrade from the phenom or should i just stick to phenom and mb buy a more reasonable vcard?

like what i've said. sipa pa imo specs unless your a "heavy" gamer. just troubleshoot that hang-up/heat problems. i've searched sa net na init2 jud na imo procie(almost 50deg on stock cooler) so u might need to replace cooler if mao jud na ang ga cause ug problems.

have u tried to reinstall/clean install you OS, bsin sobra na kaayo imo background apps dha or something.

ts, try to solve the stuttering issue instead of throwing money at the problem by getting the i3/i5.

It may boil (no pun intended) down to your thermals. Check if u have proper ventilation sa case then proper cooling sa processor.

Btw, does this stuttering issue happen right away or does it happen after a while?

clean pa kaayo... i've done that... could cheap thermal paste be the reason? hahaha.. tag 100 raman ni akong thermal paste. im trying to downsize my board to accomodate i5... i could always search the net... pero unsai kalainan anang b75 and z77 and i checked the voltage of my proc its 1.4v is that normal?

Why not try undervolting it? The system must have been throttling the cpu intentionally. An aftermarket cooler and undervolting it should give better results.

Come to think of it, your idle temps are kinda high. We will attempt to undervolt your cpu but before you try that, please monitor your load temp and voltages using hardware monitor then post it here. And make sure no other culprit is causing it like poor surface contact of the cooler.

    Ug unsa diay imo psu?

(Naa na diay post before nako about stock hsf. Check post #3 @Sempron Guy)

This is what I did with the sucky stock PII 965 BE cooler. Removed the stock fan and replaced it with a Foxconn 92mm fan rated at 3.5k rpm. It was loud but I went from 70c+ idle to 55c. It was a temporary fix though as I could not stand the ear piercing noise once it ramps up to 3.5k. Bought a Deepcool Iceblade Pro, oc'ed it to 4ghz. Problem solved.
