bitaw bro vanz, unsa man gyud ang plan nimo sa rig? pra maka plan out ka sa budget then maka plan pud ka sa upgrade... either, baligya ang current mobo & CPU then ilisan ug bag-o... or just keep it and buy a mid level GPU...

for the card 7850 here's the power consumption

    Measured power consumption R7850

    System in IDLE = 160W
System Wattage with GPU in FULL Stress = 256W
    Difference (GPU load) = 96W
    Add average IDLE wattage ~10W
Subjective obtained GPU power consumption = ~ 106 Watts

    Measured power consumption R7870

    System in IDLE = 157W
System Wattage with GPU in FULL Stress = 274W
    Difference (GPU load) = 117W
    Add average IDLE wattage ~10W
Subjective obtained GPU power consumption = ~ 127 Watts

(reference: AMD Radeon HD 7850 and 7870 review - Hardware setup | Power consumption)

i7-3770k Max TDP is 77Watts (reference: ARK | Intel® Core)

to sum it up 274 watt (full load on gpu) + 77 watt (proc) = 351 watt total

in short 450 watt (psu) - 351 watt (full load on gpu + proc) = 99 watt

So basically, naa pakay 99 watt for the rest of the components mentioned ( mobo, hdd and memory ). And 99w is more than enough to handle those 3
