ive tried it and i didnt like it,,, by the way, did anthony bourdain really try zubulechon? ive seen the episode of no reservation but it was not in zubulechon
Personally, i find Zubuchon's lechon so-so. I can say this since I've tasted almost all lechon here in Cebu (to include the Willer's lechon before - I was only 6 then). Aside from the homemade lechon during fiestas (which I find tastier than the rest), I think the lechon in Liloan was the tastiest so far. But sad to say, I don't eat meat anymore.
