the CHR is only doing what they are paid to do. Balimbing ang labas nila because they are always checking if way gilabag nga Human Right both sa victims or sa Accused. Makalagot man usahay but they are there to check.

They get paid to be hypocrite and play safe.

They target the wrong people. How about the Ampatuan case? Why can't they make something about it when the fact that it is very obvious and the international community knows about it? This is hypocrisy at it's best. Better abolish this agency. Tax payers are only paying this $h!+heads to make noise on the authorities but not the criminal acts committed. By the rule of land, whoever disrespects life should not get an equal treatment to those who are victimized instead they should be punished for what they have committed. Life for them becomes a privileged not a right for they are ready to take someone else's life without regard, that is a clear violation of human rights CHR. And tell me if you are on the shoes of those who were victimized, won't you feel the same way too?

there's always different angles in a certain situation. most people will see it as it is being reported and shown on TV. no one to blame coz logic is uncommon as "common" in common sense. common crime such as small time robbery, hold up, swindling are no brainers. but when, these crimes becomes big time such that it requires much more expensive equipment, expertise, surveillance and lots of man hours and run through's , the first question is who's financing it? small time crooks don't save money for their next heist. when the movers die, the boss is safe! everyone is indispensable! if the boss is on the brink of exposure! "Money Talks, BullSh*t Walks". everyone has a price!!

how can it be the right thing to do TS? haha

let's say you are mistakenly convicted of a crime you apparently didn't do, let's say the cops just need a scapegoat for a certain cause, CHR is right that that what happened in Davao was murder as the suspect was already unarmed, same goes for the Ozamis leaders...it's even a miracle that none of the police escorts were uninjured after that supposed "rescue"

Kahit criminal kapa, you are entitled to due process,

you only become the monster you are trying to destroy :P
