Correct me if I'm wrong pero ma fall man siguro ni under warrantless arrest kay buy-bust operation man, then the alleged selling was done in the presence of the arresting officer. What is important is the fact that the poseur-buyer received the goods from the suspect/accused.

Buy bust? I heard another version. Though this is still open to speculation.

Anyway some of my close friends who know him also told me cops forcibly entered his private residence without a warrant and chanced upon the illegal substances and found cash amounting to 100k. I remember seeing his house before(assuming he still lives there) that they have a tall gate(forgot what color) and you simply can't see the immediate outdoor premises of his home(like garage, lawn, etc).

So I was told they climbed over the gate or fence or whatever and managed their way into his room where they found him and the illegal substances.

And the substances were 'allegedly' found inside his room. But then again without a warrant it is still illegal since they did not have the rights to violate his privacy. They can however confiscate the substances and the chance of him being convicted by the charge they are planning is slim. But depending on how KKR will plead or admit remains to be seen by his counsel.

Based on the poisonous tree doctrine, any evidence obtained illegally, in this case the substances and the cash is inadmissible in any court of law. The cops were basically in a fishing expedition, they could have waited for a search warrant.

Anyway that is all the info I have, we will just have to wait.
