While we all wanted nga mo-asenso ug matagaan ug maayong pinuy-anan atong mga igsoon nga kabos, but sometimes (most of the times), I don't feel like helping them..

    Why?

I work my arse hard out, para makapalit ko anang akong balay karon nga giloan pa nako sa Pag-ibig ug 25years. I am paying a monthly amortization of almost 10k. I have to work day & night to sustain my family's needs at the same time makabayad sa maong balayronon... And yup, low cost housing pa na ha...

Mangutana ko, would the government show the same courtesy to me as what they've been showing to those informal settlers? Libri Pabahay? This government can't even give us decent services kon mulukat ta license, magfollow up ug documents sa SSS, etc.. I guess a big NO! I don't want to sound too greedy or self centered, but what is demoralizing is, mao pay pangtabangan, tagaan maayong pamuyo, mao pa hinoy mag-reklamo. Kay kulang kono ang allowance nga gihatag sa gobyerno, layo ang relocation site, and all the blah blah.

Mas clueless man cguro ka of what is happening.

Illegal settlers is an effect of another corrupt practices by government officials. Kung daghan ug tao mas dako ug IRA, I hope you get the point.

Empathy and human compassion? that is stupidity! naka concentrate rana sa usa ka lugar, the funds being spent is counterproductive and that is the reality.

Dili gyud na mahitabo, why? Because they know nga dili na mao ang saktong paagi. Gets mo?

mas ganahan na tingale ko na housing na lang for informal settlers than keep on complaining where the tax is going. kay ang government, kita man pud gasto ana. mga over bloated na phone bills, mga gas expense lalo na if government officers using public vehicle for own private purpose, etc.. projects na wala man pud mahuman.., projects na naa na fund pero wala man pud madayon..

sige go, hatag house sa informal settlers, okey na yan for me. basta naa na jud house. then tanan pud na budget para ana suliton jud to the penny.

come to think of it, unsa pa man wala nato ma-shoulder?

That's a different story, through her twit you can't blatantly comment that she's clueless.

I am giving you a dose of what you said, GETS MO?

    I think what the government can do is to build houses for them (informal settlers) BUT asks something in return like;
    1. An agreement to informal settlers to pay something monthly or annualy, kana lang low cost jd
    2. an agreement between the informal settlers and the government that the informal settlers will look for a decent job.
    3. an agreement between the parties to leave the projects after # number of years, this will force them para maningkamot ngita ug kwarta.

    etc.
My point is, its better to give them Temporary fix for their life or a jumpstart for them to change, but not completely free.

this is how settlers in CHina or Projects in US works. Dili completely ihatag sa ilaha ang balay but dapat nay something in return.

Actually the government is following the same format or system. The houses given to this people are not free, if i am not mistaken it is 200 pesos per month, amortized for 25 years (the recent one).
