    Default Copier Online (Pro's and Cons)


    Mine was a bit bad expience with their Cebu Branch

    Pro's:
    1) consumables are cheap
    2) photocopier are cheap

    Cons:
    1) bad customer service
    2) too long fix on photocopier unit.
    3) discriminating the customers
    4) choosy on customers
    5) bad aftersales (considering i heard them negatively on a machine that was turned over to them)

    Sayop title nimo ani nga thread boss, dapat "copieronline..." since mao na name sa company, if you say photocopier online murag naapil ang way labot ana - just my two cents. Also basta refurbished nga copier, you're likely to get the inexperienced techs, they get their copiers by batches of assortments, and most of the time, specially the smaller companies, only hires techs with 1 brand expertise, so naturally when you purchase a copier that is not the techs specialty, it will become a hit-or-miss thing. Unlike sa brand new gyud where the company is only distributing a single or two brand(merge), the techs are properly trained on that particular brand and has the support of the brand if ever a beyond normal problem is encountered by techs, the brand can then assist by providing a more experienced techs to guide your local techs, and they have enough techs usually to assist customers. Sa copieronline, i think they only have 2, so likely 2 brands ra ang kahibaw-an and ang pangutana kung kana nga tech trained by gyud sa iyang supposedly expertise nga brand by the company(e.g. former tech employee), so if dli, likely dli pud siya kaayo maayo, sigo2x ra.

    So kung daghan na na sila customer, dli gyud na ma-accomodate sa 2 lang ka supposedly experienced tech, dugay gyud na mo-adto kung naa ka ipaayo, ang pait kung kahibaw ba na nga tech sa brand nga napalit nimo, so kung dli pait gyud kay papaliton kag dli mao and naa gihapon ang problem after or worst manganak pag lain nga problem so pait. Also they make their money off sa consumables, so if dli kaayo ka paspas ug gamit sa machine so less imong purchase sa consumables, dli ka humot nila which explains usahay nga dli sila accomodating - sad but true.

    thus you are correct with regards to brand new and refurbished ones. a lot of people really would go after refurbished even if they know the consequences.

    copier online have good techs if i may say... but those points i stated. permi lang dyud mahitabo, and they always have an alibi for every issue they get.
