NO to white rice... Effective kaau na para modaot.. My sister tried it and she loss 40lbs+. Kon dili gyud ka kaagwanta sa "no rice", substitute it to brown rice & camote.. Brown rice has fiber and the absorption of carbohydrates is slow.

nice na nga idea ang no to white rice but we need the carbs in our body man..pwede ra gihapon oi basta moderation lang...as for the brown rice..i have heard its very effective but scarce kaayo na xa...so i moderate lang ang tanan...

coz ang sweets daw ma.burn with mga gamay lang na activities..
